I knew this would happen - pure laziness. I thought I would have a rest day on Thursday and get back to training after that - but Friday was a xmas party and Sat was an xmas party and today I need to do some xmas pottering. I will attempt to run today but really can't be bothered. and worse, this week is a week full of parties, then there is a big party next weekend (some sort of thing they call "Christmas", as I understand) and then parties.... it goes on. I must resist! I must find the strength to forget the drink and fun and go running more.
